Commission-Only Closer, Virtual Assistant Placement
Remote (US time zones). 1099 contractor. Commission only, uncapped.
The role
Staffify places dedicated virtual assistants inside US service businesses. We need a closer who can take a discovery call and turn it into a placement. You sell. We fulfill everything after the signature: sourcing, screening, onboarding, and HR are ours. You stay in your lane. This is commission only. There is no base and no draw. What you close is what you earn, with no ceiling.
What you would actually be doing
- Run discovery calls with warm inbound leads from our site, ads, and referral channels.
- Close placements: a one-time onboarding fee (paid upfront or financed) plus an ongoing hourly engagement per assistant placed.
- Build your own pipeline too. Outbound is welcomed and paid the same: LinkedIn, referrals, your network.
- Deliver the full presentation over video: walk the owner through the offer, handle objections, close.
- Hand off the moment it is signed, and go back to selling.
The warm leads are real and they keep coming. The people who do best here do not wait on their inbox.
What you earn
- Per placement: 17.5% of the onboarding fee, about $437 on a standard onboarding.
- Residual: $0.50 per billable hour your placements work, for 6 months from their start date. A full-time placement is about $87 a month, and every active placement stacks.
- Strong months: 20% on every close past your fifth in a calendar month.
- Retention: $100 when a placement you closed is still active at 90 days.
- Account growth: when a client you closed adds a seat, you earn the full rate and residual on that one too.
Commission is uncapped. Your residual book compounds while you keep selling, so month six pays on work you closed in month one.
Who this is for
This is a senior closing seat, not an entry-level role. We will not consider entry-level applicants.
- 2+ years of B2B sales with real closing responsibility, not SDR handoffs.
- You have sold a service or something intangible: agency work, staffing, SaaS, insurance, consulting.
- You can run a consultative call: find the operator's bottleneck, prescribe the role, handle the price objection without flinching.
- Self-managed. Nobody counts your hours, only your pipeline.
- Available in US time zones for client calls.

This is a part-time contractor role starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with strong growth potential. Hours are flexible.
