Record a 60-90 second video introducing yourself. Tell us who you are, what you do best, and one piece of work you're genuinely proud of — keep it about YOU, not any specific role. We share this video with different clients across many openings over time, so a person-focused intro lasts a lot longer and saves you from re-recording every time a new opportunity comes up. Speak naturally to the camera. Do NOT read from a script — our system detects script-reading and those videos are automatically rejected. Look into the lens, not at notes. Steady the camera, face a window for light, quiet room. Your link must be PUBLIC — anyone with the link should be able to view without requesting access. Google Drive: Share → "Anyone with the link" → Viewer. YouTube: set to Unlisted (not Private). Vimeo: Anyone can see this video. Loom is NOT allowed — auto-rejected.

Public link required. If we have to request access, your application gets delayed and may be skipped entirely.

Your computer & setup

We use this to make sure you can run the tools the role needs. If you genuinely don't know an answer, pick Not sure. Don't guess.

Where you come from

Tick everything that applies. There is no wrong background here, and the best people in this role come from hospitality more often than from transport.

Pick only what you have personally arranged, not what your company offered.

Owned means it was yours to decide, not yours to pass upward.

If your company ran on an internal tool with no public name, pick Internal / proprietary tools and name it in the last question.

Five situations

No trick questions and no single right answer. We are reading how you think, what you ask for, and what you decide when you do not have everything you need. Short and specific beats long and general. Write them in your own words.

An executive assistant writes: "My CEO is in Boston Tuesday through Thursday. He has a board dinner Tuesday night, meetings downtown Wednesday, and he flies out Thursday. Can you handle the cars?" That is the entire email. She does not know the addresses, the exact times, or whether anyone is travelling with him. Write the reply you would send her. Then list what you would start arranging before she writes back.

A repeat client likes the cabin at 68 degrees, sparkling water rather than still, and no conversation before 9am. Where does that live so it happens every time? And what happens on the morning a chauffeur who has never driven him picks him up?

Same client, three days. Tuesday is a black-tie board dinner. Wednesday is a 5am airport run with his wife and two young children. Thursday is a site visit with four colleagues. You have a sedan, an SUV, a Sprinter and a stretch available. What goes out each day, and would you put the same chauffeur on all three?

Ninety minutes before a conference shuttle run, one of your coaches breaks down. 55 guests are expecting it outside their hotel. Walk us through your next fifteen minutes in order. Say who you call, what you arrange, and who you tell.

A client's car will reach the airport twenty minutes after their flight lands and there is nothing left to do about it. Write the message you would send their executive assistant, exactly as you would send it. Assume she is about to be asked about it by her boss.

How you work

A few quick yes/no questions

Short answers. Be specific — the more concrete you are, the stronger your application looks.

Exclusivity commitment

Staffify expects committed hours to be exclusive to the client we place you with. Please answer truthfully — many candidates have other clients, and that's fine to disclose. What matters is we know up front so the schedule works.

If Staffify hires me to work for one of its clients, I will not perform any other contracted work, freelance work, or employed work during the hours I commit to that client. I understand that working a second job during my committed hours, or logging time that I did not actually spend on my assigned work, is grounds for immediate termination of my engagement with the client and with Staffify. Time logs that do not match the work produced are also grounds for termination. I confirm the answers I gave on this application are true, including my disclosure of any other contracted work I currently hold.
