Exclusivity commitment

Staffify expects committed hours to be exclusive to the client we place you with. Please answer truthfully — many candidates have other clients, and that's fine to disclose. What matters is we know up front so the schedule works.

If Staffify hires me to work for one of its clients, I will not perform any other contracted work, freelance work, or employed work during the hours I commit to that client. I understand that working a second job during my committed hours, or logging time that I did not actually spend on my assigned work, is grounds for immediate termination of my engagement with the client and with Staffify. Time logs that do not match the work produced are also grounds for termination. I confirm the answers I gave on this application are true, including my disclosure of any other contracted work I currently hold.
